We’ll start by getting to know you, your unique legacy, and what you value most. With all the details in hand, we’ll map out an easy-to-read flowchart outlining your trust terms, your team of future trust managers and guardians, and practical guidance for all involved.
02Build your legacy playbook
Once we're clear on how you want your trust to work, an experienced estate planning attorney will draft your legal documents. We’ll help you put in writing how you want your assets to support the people and organizations you love. You and your trust manager will always know what to do next.
03Move forward
With your trust documents complete and in the mail to you for signing, we then offer ongoing support with transferring your assets to your trust so that your trust manager can seamlessly access your assets once you become unavailable.
