Estate planning isn't anybody's idea of a good time.
But it is one of the most caring and considerate things you can do for those you love.
That's why we've made the process as quick and easy as possible.
We're doingthingsdifferently.
We're doing things differently.
No long, drawn-out attorney's appointments. No endless email chains and frustrating billing.
Just a simple, structured two-week process that leaves you with robust, attorney-built documents that ensure your legacy remains intact.
(Because let's be honest: this is the kind of thing where you really don't want to use a template and cross your fingers.)
What's more, we provide concierge-level support every step of the way. You'll never have to worry about being left to figure things out on your own. We're always just an email away.

Week 1 - The Design Phase
- It all starts with the Trust Builder. You’ll complete the form by our Monday start date, and we’ll review your answers and get in touch with any questions we have.
- We’ll then create your trust design. This will be a flowchart of your estate plan, so you can see what’s going where, and who will be doing what after you’re gone.
- Then we’ll come together to review your trust design and draft your legacy statement.

Week 2 - The Build Phase
- Our attorney partners at Merryweather Law P.C. will build your trust documents, ensuring they protect your legacy according to your wishes.
- You’ll receive and review your documents, and you have the option to book an additional 30-min call with a Merryweather attorney that week for final questions and revisions.
- On Friday, we’ll wrap everything up. You’ll receive a copy of your trust docs via email, and we’ll ship you a hard copy to sign and notarize.

Afterwards - The Move-In Phase
- You’ll need to retitle your assets to the trust. If you want, we can help.
- If you choose to work with us to do this, we’ll get in touch with further instructions specific to your assets.
It's estate planning as it should be.
Clear. Simple. And — finally — focused on you.
